  • Please state which projects/centre (you are welcome apply for more than one project):
  • Inclusive Living Experience (8 - 18 years) Avon Tyrrell 6th - 13th August
  • Inclusive Living Experience (8 – 18 years) Bendrigg Lodge 18th – 25th August
  • Inclusive Living Experience (8 – 18 years) Bendrigg Lodge 12th – 14th October
  • Skills for Independence at Avon Tyrrell (16 – 25 years) 6th – 13th August
  • Skills for Independence at Dukes Barn (16 – 25 years) 20th – 24th August
  • Jubilee Sailing Trust Voyage (16 years + no upper age limit) 23rd – 27th July

  • * Please note: Unfortunately Phab cannot provide one to one care. If this is required then a carer must be provided – Phab will fund carers accommodation and meals.
