Phab adventures include opportunities for everyone
Our Phab Adventures offer a wide variety of fun and inclusive experiences for children, young people, adults and families from across the country and create a positive environment where everyone can learn, thrive and belong.
Each Phab Adventure is designed to build confidence, spark joy and create lasting memories. Whether it is trying something for the first time, connecting with others, or simply stepping outside of everyday routines, every Phab Adventure helps people grow in self-belief and feel proud of what they have achieved.
Phab Adventure Days offer something for everyone to enjoy. From relaxed outings with a picnic, creative arts and crafts, and visits to the farm, to more adventurous experiences like skiing or even flying a plane. Whether you are trying something new or simply spending time with friends, each Phab Adventure Day is a chance to have fun, connect with others, and enjoy a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
Phab Adventure Residentials are fun-filled getaways packed with excitement, laughter, and unforgettable experiences! Held at fully accessible outdoor centres with activities like canoeing, rock climbing, caving, archery, sailing and so much more, there’s never a dull moment. Supported by dedicated Project Leaders and an enthusiastic volunteer team, the Phab Adventure Residentials create a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone can join in, try something new, and feel a real sense of achievement. It’s all about making friends, growing potential and most of all — having lots of fun!

New Accessible Holiday Homes
Phab have teamed up with Holistic Thinking Holidays to provide holiday accommodation that “suits the family and meets the needs of children and adults with complex disabilities or mobility issues for whom ‘wheelchair access’ is just not enough. All sited on holidays parks catering for families of all ages.”
Accommodation is now available in Norfolk, Somerset, Lincolnshire, North Wales, West Sussex, Cornwall, Dorset, Yorkshire and Northumberland.
Short breaks from £200; 7 night breaks from £325.
